Things Lately {Rachel}

  Today my mom had to go to a funeral, and my dad to work so, I was the sitter for 1/2 the day. My siblings are not that hard to watch AT ALL. Any ways I have had this vision of posting these pictures for a while now... but it hasn't happened. So here we go.

Personal Progress:
  I have been working on a few things in my personal progress book.

1.Planning dinner for 2 weeks. {While eating a cupcake!}

2. Doing my 10 hour project for Good Works {tying blankets for Primary Children's}.

Thanks Em:
  My good friend Emily recommended a book to me. {Well, really an author.} So when I was at her house I finally took a book. Can I just say one thing... I LOVE IT! It is so cute! The author is Mormon , so it is all familiar ground to me.

July 30:
   July 30th is my cousins, Hayden's, birthday... and it just so happens that Joseph's birthday is the day before! Another coincidental thing is that they where planing to go to the same place at the same time! So it was like a double birthday party! {And thankfully Reed didn't have to chose where to go.} We went to Lowe's Xtreme Air Sports. Some of my other cousins came and Reed's other friends where there too! {It was like a "Reed's best friend party"!} I had so much fun with all my friends and family! And after the jumping the Harward's, Dunn's, and my family went to Yogurt Land.

Me by a juicy looking raspberry.

Red Velvet/New York cheese cake yogurt with cookie dough/nuts/brownies for toppings! It was a little bite of Heaven!
Natural Beauty:
  Last night I had a hair plan for today... go natural. If you didn't know my hair is naturally wavy, like sometimes the waves are curls, kind of wavy. Today all I did was wake up pull my hair in to a 1/2 up 1/2 down do, and add a little gel and this is how it turned out. {Oh ya, and I added a ribbon.}

I have only done this 1 time before... but this style is defiantly a keeper.
 Here is to a good summer and a love of blogging!
Love,
          Rachel
