Don't Count the Days. {Rachel}

  Today I was eating my breakfast and I looked over at this little picture frame we have. Inside it there is scrap book paper and glass on the top so you can use it like a white board. {It was a gift from a Pre-Schooler... love those kids!}  What I saw slightly surprised me. Since school got out my mom had written "This summer I want to..." and we where suppose to wright what we wanted to do this summer. For example some said play out side, hike Mt. Timpanogas, and so on.
  But today she changed it so it said "Don't count the days, make the days count."  that really hit me hard. {I know this sounds really dramatic but it was pretty cool for me.} Because on the first week of Dance one of my teachers said, "Girls, we only have 7 weeks of summer dance, so make it count." or something along those lines. From that day on I had been counting the weeks until I would be done with that class, and get to move on. I love the teacher... but she pushes me {not just in my splits:)} but emotionally and mentally. Some days it is hard, and others it is just what I need to get though the day.
  The same rule applies in all categories of life...

Love,
     Rachel
