The Keys to Cousin Camp {Rachel}

  Every year my Harward family has what we call Cousin Camp. It is like our creative version of a Family Reunion {But it is mostly for the Kids... not so much the Adults.} We do crafts, go on "field trips" and exchange pins... that is what I wanted to talk about most.
  Each family {or kid} makes his or her own pin, this year I decided to paint Keys with nail polish. I didn't really know exactly what I was going to do... but I will say that they did turn out pretty cute! I love that every family/kid makes the pins all so different from the years before and that we get to choose what we want out pin to be.
  The Keys, my dad got these keys from one of the Janitor guys at UVU {Ya, he has some pretty amazing connections.} Later that day I got a text that said, "Rach, I got 30 keys for you tomorrow," and yes indeed he did. Then these past 2 days I have been painting them up with nail polish from our very small collection. {As seen below... it is NOT small!}

  On most of them I did 2-3 base coats then I added a design, glitter, or anything else that my heart was desiring. Now I am letting them dry then I will gluing them on with E 6000, {a kind of glue} the most amazing all purpose glue you ever did use! Here is the finished products.

These are some of my favorites! The one of the far left is a tie and a name tag... for my cousin who is leaving on his mission in a couple of weeks!

My key is on the left, Reed's in the middle, and Kate's on the right.

Here is what Reed and Kate chose for their pins:
Parts and pieces of a baseball for Reed.

And rocks with the saying "my cousins rock" for Kate.
Pretty cute hu?I can't wait for Cousin Camp!

Love,
        Rachel
